Hard90 Return & Warranty Policy: At Hard90, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and warranty guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

Items must be new, unused, and unwashed

Items must be in original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items: 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products

Items that show signs of wear, use, or washing


Batting Gloves Warranty: All Hard90 batting gloves include a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does NOT cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by gameplay

Improper use or misuse

Alterations or modifications

If you believe your gloves have a manufacturer's defect, please contact us with photos and your order information for review.

Fielding Gloves Returns: Fielding gloves may be returned within 30 days if they meet our return eligibility requirements:

Must be unused and not broken in

Must be in new condition with original tags

Due to the nature of leather and break-in processes, used or broken-in gloves cannot be returned.

Apparel Returns: Apparel items (shirts, hoodies, etc.) are eligible for return within 30 days if:

They are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags are attached


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

Size issues (apparel or gloves)

Defective items (if approved)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
